EAGLE DESIGN
A Colt 1849 Pocket Model flask produced by both Batty and Matthewman.It has the fine detailed eagle and loger grass. The Colt''s Patent lettering is fine. Gilded top, blue spring and laquered body. The decoration appears on both sides of the flask. Top has three headless screws. This is a flask which is difficult to find! Very good condition. 4 1/2" 11cm. REF. Rapley #F22, Riling #806
