ROGERS AND SPENCER AND PETTINGHILL
Rogers and Spencer and Pettinghill Percussion Revolver combination tool. Made in 1865 in Willowvale N.Y. for the U.S. Government. Well-finished, blued with a high polish finish. Not commonly found!! Unmarked (correct!). Light surface pitting with nice traces of the original blue remaining. REF.Dorsey, BKI, p.186/2
