#2028 Caliber 32-44 S&W. 6-1/2" Rnd. Barrel. Retains about 15 to 20% of the original nickel finish on various parts. Comes with a 1-7/16" cylinder. This short cylinder variant falls near the early Target production range. Equipped with the target sights, has a two line address/patent date marking on the rib and all matching serial numbers on butt, cylinder, barrel latch and barrel. Mechanically perfect and a fine bore. Original factory hard rubber grips. Manufactured from 1878-1910, with a total production 4.333 of which 2.930 in caliber 32/44.
