#1509. Cal. 30Rim Fire. 4 shot. Model 2A/2T. 3" Barrels. Blue /Silver finish. Made under license from Sharps by Tipping & Lawden of Birmingham, England. They produced 3 variations of the Sharps pepperbox in the early 1860's, a grand total of about 6.000, of which 4.000 Model 2. Retains 98% of its original blue finish on barrel and 99% silver on frame. With floral carved gutta percha grips in perfect condition. Mechanically perfect with 4 bright shiny bores. Birmingham proofed on left and right side of the barrels. A rare type of gun that is getting very difficult to find in this condition. Perfect example, excellent + .
